Job Description
Summary
The Risk Management Analyst (Crisis Management) works in coordination with all production and services teams, and other security relays to ensure the coherent execution of the Ubisoft security strategy. He/she provides informational and technical security expertise to develop further, improve and maintain the crisis communication plan within Ubisoft. The analyst in this position will be a key player in the Ubisoft Crisis Management Program.
Mission
- Deploy and maintain the Local Crisis Communication Plan within all Ubisoft sites
- Work in close collaboration with key stakeholders to support and advance the Global Crisis Communication Plan
- Participate in the creation, review and deployment of policies, standards, processes and guidelines
- Apply security best practices and global policies related to all aspects of corporate security
- Conduct business impact analysis and risk assessments, implement and maintain risk assessment reviews
- Propose solutions to mitigate identified risks and bring them to an acceptable level for management; participate in incident response
- Develop and maintain security metrics and executive reports to communicate project risks and remediation activity status to management in non-technical business language
- Oversee coordination of support, training & community management related to Ubisoft Crisis Management Program
- Oversee communication, workshops and events to support and engage community and raise awareness on the Ubisoft Crisis Management Program
- Support related Corporate Security Programs as needed
- Carry out all other related tasks
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelors’ Degree in Computer Sciences, cyber security or any related discipline
- Relevant professional certification is a plus (CMCP/S/E, ICM, ABCP, CBCP, AFBCI, MBCI)
- SANS certification is an asset
Relevant experience
- 3+ years in security related functions
- Previous experience in Crisis Management (3-5 years)
- Experience with project management tasks is a plus
- Previous IT related experience is a plus

- Strong communication and presentation skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to interact with all hierarchical levels in the company
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, and ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Strong organization skills, ability to multi-task and prioritize work to consistently meet deadlines
- Ability to conduct informational training sessions as required
- Solid analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to write clear and concise documentation
- Good cultural approach to work with colleagues around the world
Knowledge
- Bilingual English and French (oral/written)
