Rewards Specialist

Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated, passionate Rewards Specialist to join our team! The Rewards Specialist will be responsible for capturing, analysing and reporting HR data.

Wargaming is a global video game developer and publisher with Headquarters in Nicosia, Cyprus. We have employees from all over the world joining our growing team.

Reporting to

The Rewards Specialist will report to HR Director, Global Rewards and can be based on a hybrid working model, ideally based out of our Nicosia (Cyprus) or Vilnius (Lithuania) offices.

What will you do?

• Work with the Rewards Team to support plan design, development, and execution of Rewards programs for the Company
• Provide quantitative and qualitative analysis on a variety of compensation and benefits programs, create financial models to assess financial impact of proposed plan designs
• Develop standard and ad hoc reports, templates, dashboards, scorecards, and metrics
• Provide end-to-end support for the annual market salary survey process, including data submission, analysis and reporting on results
• Support in all Pay Review/Bonus activities
• Analyse HR projects/processes efficiency
• Support data integrity efforts to ensure accurate data in HRMS
• Support HR Operations team with operational activities e.g. implementation and adaptation of new and existing HR policies, procedures and processes, relocation process, ensure compliance of company’s policies with the labor law requirements, payroll process, hiring and on-boarding, process etc.
• Support on Global HR initiatives
• Research, analyse and present data as assigned

What skills are we looking for?

• 2-3 year's experience in an HR Analyst/HR Reward Specialist role
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office products with expertise in Excel
• Strong Analytical skills, with ability of interpreting and producing high quality, accurate management information
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users clearly and concisely
• Able to demonstrate an understanding / or experience of, cost and benefit analysis
• Able to demonstrate excellent attention to detail
• Experience/Ability of operating with highly confidential and sensitive information with tact and diplomacy
• Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure

What additional skills will help you stand out?

• University Degree in Mathematics, Economics, Business Administration or any other related discipline
• Fluency in English
