Job Description
Ubisoft is looking for a Revenue Performance Manager to join our Production Studio in Annecy and a talented team currently working on a challenging AAA Game !
Your objectives :
- Meet agreed operative and strategic business goals for the product
- Ensure a player-centric attitude and operation
Your Responsibilities :
1) Strategic Product Management: Strategically manage all relevant aspects, including product evolution, positioning, pricing & costs, distribution (incl. internationalization) and in collaboration with the Production Brand team and Ubisoft Business Teams propose an adapted marketing communication.
2) Profitability: Ensure that all teams and individuals working on the product understand and support the sustainable profitability. Ensure a strong ROI focus in all areas. Take corrective actions if necessary.
- Marketing and Acquisition: Work with the Live Producer and the Marketing Teams to create realistic, yet ambitious forecasts. Ensure that the performance is controlled on a daily level. Assure that the investments have an ROI
- Customer Relations: Work with the Worldwide Customer Relations team to optimize the Return-on-Investment of Customer Relations. Validate all investments / budgets
3) Controlling / Forecasting: With support from the Controlling team, create and maintain:
- An overview of all past and actual costs and revenues, allocated per territory
- A high level forecast of all costs and revenues for the next three years of operation
4) Customer Centricity
- Ensure that product development and operation always follow the players’ needs
5) Information Sharing
- With Producers, Controlling and Game Analytics, ensure that complete and up-to-date information about the product and its continued operation and development is available at all times
- Report to Live Producer and Brand Director weekly on progress made, current risks, next steps and share best practices with Live Producers and other Ubisoft studios

6) Organization Development
- Based on experiences and expertise, support the Live Producer and Brand Director in the constant improvement of Live Operation organization and processes
Qualifications
- Proven experience delivering business models which maximize revenue
- Highly analytical, with exceptional experience of big data decision making
- Excellent understanding of statistics, the ability to interpret these with confidence and drive through your recommendations
- Strong relationship and influencing skills
- Great management skills
- Strong problem-solving
- Proactive and creative with the drive to continuously improve and learn
- Experience with economy modeling and/or systems design a plus
- English proficiency (both spoken and written) - French is a plus
- A passion for casual and mid-core games is a plus, as well as a solid understanding of the F2P games industry
