Retention Solutions Lead- BizDom

Playtika is looking for an Retention Solutions Lead to join us!

Responsibilities

Create the vision of Playtika BizDom’s Retention doctrine. How can we create better, more accurate experienced that increase our players’ satisfaction and maximize business impact.

Break down said doctrine into viable applicable solutions that can be implemented in our games.

Work with all Playtika’s studios in understanding their approach towards retaining players and provide the best practices across the company and from the industry.

Work in close collaboration with the Player Research Lab and create solutions from its research work.

Serve as a knowledge hub for managed players and Customer Support.

Requirements

· A visionary. The rule is an adventure, it is not structured and requires deep understanding of the business and the ability to look beyond the horizon.

· Team player – work with a lot of stakeholders across Playtika

· Ability to connect the dots – work on a broad scale and have the ability to refine insights in a generalized manner.

· Ability to envision, initiate and manage new activities.

· Independent and self-driven individual. Success is highly dependent on drive and the ability to set goals and create the path towards them.

· Managerial skills

· Flexible thinking and go-to attitude.

· Internal mobility – someone with enough experience in the business, preferably from a studio.

· Background in VIP account management\ CS\ Science Professions – advantage but not a must.

· Ability and motivation to be a manager.
