GSN Games is looking for a Retention Marketing Manager to join our fabulous team in Tel Aviv! This is a 9 month maternity leave cover position.

What You’ll Do:
We are seeking a talented Retention Marketing Manager to help us create multi-channel marketing campaigns for exciting web and mobile social games. You will:
- Work closely with the product teams to create engaging marketing campaigns and increase players LTV
- Manage marketing campaigns from A to Z: planning, execution, analysis and optimization of both LiveOps based and lifecycle campaigns, including segmentation, content, design and deliverability
- Create high quality content that aligns with the overall brand and product strategy
- Analyse, monitor and optimize key performance metrics on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis and communicate the results and conclusions to management
- Create art requests for the different campaigns (emails, push notifications, etc.) and coordinate with the Art team to ensure execution and implementation
- Operate our Marketing systems – Build campaigns and schedule them via various marketing platforms
- Run consistent A/B tests on subject lines, content and creatives and optimise based on results
- Identify and implement new tests and strategies, continually seeking to innovate to drive improved results
About You:
You’ll be collaborative, positive and enthusiastic in your approach to marketing the best quality casual social games out there. You’ll have excellent attention to detail and:
- Excellent written and spoken English (native-level English is a must)
- Excellent creative writing and Excel skills and a good technical orientation
- Strong, self-learning and analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Your writing skills are essential for the role to ensure a high quality of marketing content
- A passion for mobile games and should be a gamer. You should know and like mobile games and understand how they work
- An appreciation for and an understanding of data
- Basic HTML knowledge (not required but a plus!)
