About ustwo
We invent, design and build digital products, services, and immersive experiences that people love. We also help our clients to change their digital culture and boost their capabilities.
We’re committed to making a measurable, positive impact on people's everyday lives. We are an equal opportunity employer and we value diversity. We believe diverse teams help us make better products and services, and we actively hire for cultural growth. We welcome people of all ages, genders, ethnicity and races, with their own unique stories and backgrounds.
The role
Our people are our best and most treasured asset. We’re looking for an empathetic organiser who cares about our people’s talents, skills and career aspirations. The skill of the role lies in the ability to match those people with projects that give them the right opportunities, while creating teams that will produce world-beating results for clients. You’ll be our Resource and Talent Manager; the person who proactively seeks out and weaves together the right talents and skills for each of our projects in the London, Lisbon and Tokyo studios. You’ll also have opportunities to work with our coworkers in Malmö, Sydney and New York.
As we take on more rewarding and complex projects in our London, Lisbon and Tokyo studios, we need to make sure we’re hot on operations and support – and it’s only going to become more important that we get these functions right. You’ll play a key role in helping to develop our casting capability, which ultimately powers our growth as a global digital product studio. We’ll also ask you to hone the resource management processes that help us to cast our diverse, exciting projects.
This role connects lots of different parts of our setup: you’ll report into our People Lead, you’ll work closely with the finance and business teams, and you’ll likely talk to pretty much everyone on our teams, plus all the freelancers that bring speciality expertise.
