The Resource Planner VIC & SA is responsible for scheduling deployments and maintenance of records for Vic and SA jurisdictions.
This position will ensure all required documentation for deployments is prepared prior to install, update and maintain customer records in Salesforce and liaise with customers.
The purpose of this position is to ensure that data pertaining to scheduled works is reflective of real-life actions, and that it remains correct from end to end; from works being scoped to their completion in the field.What you'll do
The following is a list of typical duties of the Resource Planner VIC & SA, in addition to this all employees are expected to follow all reasonable Management directives to ensure operational needs are delivered.
- Work in conjunction with customers, Service Managers Vic and South Australia, and other industry stakeholders such as monitoring providers, confirm & schedule installation dates
- Determine scope of work from customers – which influences availability and any other jobs scheduled for the same day
- Validate scope of works with customer to ensure correct version control and lock in final scope, prior to no further changes being accepted from customer
- Under direction from Service Managers, use Microsoft Outlook to create placeholder bookings with all required resources
- Liaise with the Logistics team to ensure all required materials are available for scheduled works
- Creation of deployment “Cases” in Salesforce application using customer documentation to ensure accuracy of Salesforce scheduled works
- Ensure that all product entering and leaving the venues is accurately tracked and captured via creation of “Work Order Line Items” within Salesforce Cases, for the purpose of database integrity and accurate billing
- Assist the Service Administrator with billing enquiries
- Assist the Service Administrator on ad hoc tasks as required
- Assist the Service Team with requests for information, create and run reports as required.
What we're looking for
- Minimum three years administration experience
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong ability in use of Microsoft Office package: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Previous experience in Salesforce software application preferable but not essential
