Resource Manager – Rapid (In-house Agency)

Wargaming is looking for an energetic and proactive Resource Manager to join Rapid Production team.
Rapid Production is over 15 talents that focus on producing marketing content for Wargaming products. We deliver dozens of assets each month (artworks, gameplay videos) and struggle to be the best in cost efficiency and performance for our internal and external clients. Our projects are short in production timeline and most of them are avoid dedicated management function.
As a Resource Manager, you will work on the frontline defining clients' needs and expectations, building their interaction experience. You will be responsible for tasks & resource management and team workload dealing with client/talent negotiations, estimations and requests prioritization.
The right candidate will excel at arranging workloads like puzzle pieces and keep track of details, deliverables and deadlines.

What you'll do here
- Maintain our task management/scheduling software
- Manage daily production schedule for 15+ team members
- Review daily work schedule and expedites urgent jobs that arise
- Optimizing and streamlining task workflow by keeping task information up-to-date, and completing progress check-ins with the talent assigned
- Maintain knowledge of internal and external resource capabilities to ensure client and agency objectives are met with the appropriate talent
- Prioritize (and reprioritize) tasks across many concurrent client requests, while maintaining a balanced workload for the team and communicating with them consistently
- Work with vendor quotes that align with task budget
- Identify and clearly communicate project/task resource risks to clients
What we're looking for
- 1-3 years of relevant agency experience managing a wide variety of projects and tasks where you coordinate production department staff (or similar)
- A quick learner that takes initiative to solve problems
- Able to thrive in a fast-moving environment
- Process driven
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to balance multiple priorities and deadlines
- Collaborative attitude and flexible team-oriented approach to working with others
- Ability to work with remote talents
- Upper-Intermediate or higher English level
What additional skills will help you stand out
- Agency/Marketing services or similar experience
- Experienced in art/video production pipelines and processes
