Role: Resource Coordinator (Vendor and Resource Services)

Role Overview:

The PlayStation Studios QA team in Liverpool have an opportunity within their fast-paced team, supporting QA activities on the cutting edge of hardware and software experiences.

As part of the “Vendor and Resource Services” team, the nature of the work typically relates to supporting our 2 core service lines. ‘Vendor Management’ is concerned with the external partnerships that compliment and expand upon internal PlayStation Studios QA capabilities. ‘Resource Support’ relates to administration and data analysis of internal headcount that support the provision of PlayStation Studios QA services.

The Resource Coordinator role is primarily concerned with ‘Resource Support’ by providing data analysis of internal headcount, resource recruitment and allocation support, while also supporting ‘Vendor Management’ outsourcing activities as required. There is also some involvement and responsibility for assisting local team coordination activities and department projects that help the Vendor and Resource Services team maintain the excellent level of service associated with the PlayStation organisation.
