Research Specialist

Wargaming is looking to hire a Research Specialist into its Minsk office. You’ll perform online surveys and analyze feedback from Wargaming players.

The team is made up of professionals with extensive experience earned working for top market research companies. We’re geared towards conducting surveys that influence the development of Wargaming titles all over the world.

We use cutting-edge data collection and processing infrastructure to analyze survey results together with in-game behavioral data. We operate within a broad range of research topics, developing innovative and original methods of survey design, data analysis and behavioral studies.

In this position, you will progress as a research specialist within dynamic and expansive online gaming industry.

What will you do?

• Process requests for research
• Provide resource planning
• Develop survey design
• Prepare working documents necessary for research
• Organize and coordinate research
• Analyze collected data, compile reports, and provide recommendations
• Make presentations of survey results for business partners

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in sociology or psychology
• Experience planning, organizing, and conducting research/surveys
• Knowledge of quantitative research methods
• Knowledge of statistical data analysis methods
• Grasp of statistical data processing products (SPSS, R)
• Experienced MS Office user (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English
• Ready to complete a test task
