We are looking for a Research Operations Project Manager to join our growing research team. You will be responsible for managing and improving the operational research needs of our team. As our first ReOps role, you’ll be pivotal in developing our practice at the studio.

We put data at the heart of decision-making and thrive on user research. Balancing qualitative and quantitative data, the user research team is a critical partner for driving meaningful experiences for our players.
In this role, you can expect to:
- Own and manage the end-to-end participant recruitment process across the studio
- Implementing best practices for the collection and management of player data
- Collaborate with the team to identify gaps (tools, process, and learning) and develop plans in their execution around research ops
- Standardize and improve research templates, documents, and processes
- Develop and manage research repositories
- Assess, manage, and onboarding external research vendors
- Monitor progress of research operations by creating, maintaining, and communicating reports on items such as budget, forecasting, and key organizational metrics
- User research advocacy and education
- Manage and maintain a soon-to-be research lab
To be successful in this role, your background includes:
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a ReOps role in Research or User Experience Design (DesignOps)
- Background working in Operations, Project Management, Talent Acquisition, Research, or User Experience
- Self-motivated and self-managing with exceptional organizational skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, persuasiveness, and the ability to make group presentations
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to support and prioritize multiple projects at once
- A passion for optimization
To take it up a notch, you will also have:
- Understanding or experience in Game User Research, User Experience Design, or Human-Centered Design
- Understanding or experience in the game development process
- Interest in video games
