Why join Relic?
Relic offers an extended benefits package, RRSP/DPSP matching program (subject to eligibility requirements), local business discounts, and annual paid holiday studio closure. We put a huge priority on mental and physical wellbeing: each Relican has access to an annual Health and Wellness Spending Account, as well as an Employee and Family Assistance Program providing access to resources and support around mental health, financial well-being, family care, elder care, and more. For designated roles, relocation and immigration support may be available.
Our studio has a culture of kindness, transparency, and growth. We value innovation, and we celebrate and build on each other’s great ideas so that every title we deliver reflects the talents and dedication of our whole team. We believe that making video games is a privilege, and we're at our best when working alongside people who care about each other as much as the games we create.
Being part of the SEGA family enables us to build on our legacy of innovation. We have the best of two worlds: the autonomous, entrepreneurial spirit of an indie developer, combined with the extensive reach and support of a large publisher.
Inclusivity at Relic
Relic is an environment of empathy, respect, and inclusivity. Our studio is made up of people with a wide variety of backgrounds and life experiences because it makes us better, and helps our games tell stories to our whole audience, and not just a select few. Everyone has a role to play in making Relic a place where people can speak openly, do what they love, and bring their best self to work. We are committed to encouraging curiosity, providing support, and meeting each Relican where they are.
Thank you for considering a role with Relic!
