Relocation and HR Admin

Zeptolab is searching for a Relocation and HR Admin!

We are a global gaming international company dedicated to the science of fun. In this role you would be making the relocation process for our employees as smooth and comfortable as possible: from check-in in the apartment in Belgrade to all document work with local authorities, from helping our team members with local agencies when their searching for an apartment to going to registering in the local health care system or signing in children for a kinder garden.

Key responsibilities:

• Fully support the relocation process for the employees of our company, who are moving to Serbia from different countries or who need support to renew their papers after they moved; Language support for our associates, translation of documents if needed;

• Paperwork and reporting: work with invoices, expense reports, support of local providers (e.g. medical insurance company, office building, etc);
• Office management: find a new office and manage it, create a nice atmosphere, manage purchasing, cleaning company management.
• Corporate apartment management - check-ins check-outs, cleaning company management, order of all required materials, search for a new apartment if needed;
• Events management: organize events for employees in Serbia, merchandize and gifts;
• Support of business trips.

Requirements:

• You have an advanced level of Serbian and English. Russian and Spanish are a big plus;
• You have lived in Belgrade for more than 3 years and know where to go and how to build communication with local authorities;
• You love to communicate with people and are ready to support our team members in their changes in life;
• You like to do paperwork and analyze information;
• You love to solve problems even if you encounter new ones - you find creative solutions;
• You are ready to make the process of relocation as smooth, transparent and comfortable as possible;
• You know how to make people feel at home and can make our new office cozy and welcoming;
• You are self-driven and love trying new things;
• You are ready to start asap.
