Release Manager

IO Interactive is looking to hire a Release Manager for Copenhagen, Barcelona or Malmö to manage the releases of all our products.
You will be coordinating with QA, Game management and and developer to secure high-quality builds for both internal and external releases.
Typical tasks include:- Plan timelines and branching strategies for releases
- Coordinate the efforts of the content release cycle, ensure smooth and timely communication among stakeholders
- Provide expert guidance to other teams on all first party submission and release processes
- Work with QA and Game Management and developers to triage issues, perform risk assessment and do change management to secure the best builds possible.
- Work with QA and Publishing and 1st Parties to pass console certification (XR / TRC).
Who you are:- Professional experience as Release Manager, Project Manager, Producers or Closer.
- Experience with Configuration Management required (e.g. Perforce, Git, SubVersion)
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively under tight deadlines
- Firm yet friendly personality. Can say no while staying positive.
- A Bachelor in some technical degree is preferred.
- Experience with game development is preferred.
- Work with QA and Publishing and 1st Parties to pass console certification (XR / TRC).
