Description
As the Relationship Associate, you will work closely with the recruitment and hiring teams at Streamline to boost our recruitment and engagement activities externally. You will be a key external face to our recruitment efforts globally, ensuring that all candidates receive a high level of attention.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with hiring managers, marketing team, and recruitment team to execute recruitment strategies.
- Get an understanding of hiring needs and criteria from hiring managers, assist with initial candidate screening and interviews.
- Track metrics related to recruitment initiatives, analyze trends and provide regular reporting and updates to internal stakeholders.
- Be an ambassador of the Streamline brand to recruitment fairs, community engagement activities, and networking events.
- Work on inducting candidates into the Streamline XP program and keeping them engaged.
- Coordinate and plan Streamline XP activities with other teams.
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Beneficial Skills
- Prior experience as a recruiter, in human resources, or other relationship management roles.
