Regional Partnerships Manager, World of Warships

Wargaming is looking for a Regional Partnerships Manager to join our World of Warships team. What you will do
- Be a product ambassador; understand and share product goals and requirements as they apply to partnerships
- Drive regional partnerships and business development activities in coordination with relevant stakeholders to generate value for the World of Warships product and the organization
- Own and execute regional partnership projects from concept to development, managing and collaborating with external partners, as well as internal resources to ensure delivery of their components on time, including negotiations, contract signing and post-launch results analysis
- Act as the main point of contact for relevant partnerships, negotiating with prospective partners, helping resolve any issues and ensuring compliance with agreements
- Build senior-level relationships with partners, existing and prospective, on behalf of the product
- Build and manage/allocate budget to maximize ROI of partnerships in the region
- Attend trade shows and partner meetings to represent the product and company as needed
- Research and provide regional insights on partnership and business opportunities in the region, always seeking ways to find value, improve the performance of existing relationships and create opportunities for World of Warships product growth
- Provide regular reports and analysis to identify key drivers and issues; monitor performance of partnerships, and implement learnings into future iterations
- Build strong relationships across a global team to ensure achievement of business objectives as well as look for opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency
- Create and maintain internal documentation on prospective and existing partnerships
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Global Business Development functions, to ensure alignment of priorities and approaches
- Work with Regional Product Director and Publishing Team to execute product publishing activities which require or have potential for partnership or relationship management
What we’re looking for
- 2-3 years of relevant work experience in business development, product management or marketing operations with a proven track record of successfully executed deals/campaigns with external partners
- Experience with building relationships across teams including business partners, external agencies, and vendors.
- Experience managing projects and deliverables in the gaming/software industry
- Ability to analyze and optimize partnerships, projects and/or campaigns
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment
- Excellent verbal and written English
- Strong passion for games or working experience in the gaming industry
- Excellent PC and MS Office skills
Additional skills that will help you stand out
- Proficiency in a second language, preferably one of Russian, Spanish or Brazilian Portuguese
- Familiarity with production and development processes, especially in the GaaS and free-to-play genre on PC
- Experience working with industry tools and analytics packages
- Business development background in
- Be an active online player and be interested in the online games market
- Previous experience in organizing events
