Responsibility: Manage a Regional Unit that deploys and operates Digital Distribution projects in one territory. Achieve the set business goals while developing the teams and improving the deployment and general processes and relationship with the other company’s departments.

Job description

-Manage a Regional Unit that deploys and operates Digital Distribution projects : As the Regional Deployment Manager (RDM) you are responsible with the delivery and operation of your unit’s projects, on time and at high quality standards.

-People Management : As the RDM you are staffing, training and leading a development team dedicated to deploying and operating Digital Distribution projects. Be a role model for your teammates and lead by example.

-Reporting and communication: As the RDM you are following up on the LDMs’ communication with the Management, Business teams, Clients and various collaborators. You are also communicating and reporting on various aspects of your unit’s activity, such as (but not limited to) activity costs, retention, structure and processes to the GDM and Top Management.

-Administration of the Local Distribution Teams’ work space : Handle the administrative matters for the local team together with the local Studio management.

Qualifications

• Game Producer, LDM or Management track record with experience in International Relations.Technical background in Web Development is a plus.
• Self-driven, responsible, independent and mature
• Experienced in Agile methodology is a Plus
• Great communication and negotiation skills
• Rigorous and organized, with strong multi-tasking skills; able to successfully keep track of multiple threads
• Results oriented with a good understanding of the business kpi-s and a strong will to make things work
• Excellent English skills (speaking and writing); Able to adapt the communication style to different audiences and situations.
• Training and coaching skills
• Good knowledge of Office applications (MS Office, Open Office)
• Good knowledge of JIRA and Confluence.
