Smilegate Barcelona is expanding and we are looking to add a Recruitment coordinator to our great team here in Barcelona!
What the role involves:
- Managing our Recruitment software greenhouse.
- Opening job roles on ATS as well as on our website.
- Reporting to the hiring managers about the status of each candidate and waiting for instructions to proceed.
- Scheduling and coordinating interview panels, across multiple time zones.
Structure: our Recruitment coordinator will be part of the Operations team which is growing as well. This role will be onsite at our Barcelona studio. This position can have a career path as a project management or recruitment specialist.
Role requirements:
- Is comfortable writing/communicating in English
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
