Recruitment Specialist (New Grad)

We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist (New Grad) to support our teams on various needs and play a role in helping Dream Games continue to be a great place to work. As a Recruitment Specialist (New Grad), you will have the opportunity to make a real impact on our success and enable our growth.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the team throughout the entire recruitment process
• Using various tools and research methods to place top talent and build a robust candidate flow
• Supporting onboarding and orientation programs to ensure newcomer adaptation and engagement
• Helping the team in the operation of all HR projects

Requirements

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
• Passion for learning the recruitment process
• Eager to learn ATS tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Appreciation and understanding of teamwork

Compensation & Benefits

• Monthly net salary is 50.000 TL
