The Role
We’re looking for an outgoing, passionate recruitment coordinator to join our awesome talent team and assist us as we continue to grow at a rapid pace. You will work closely with the wider recruitment team to support the hiring efforts by providing effective co-ordination, sourcing and administrative activities.
Recruitment at Splash is not just about putting ‘bums on seats’! We’re an integral part of the studio’s success, and you’ll not only be helping to acquire the world’s best development talent, but also devising and implementing numerous ‘quality of life’ and employment branding initiatives to promote and benefit the studio and its amazing teams.
Responsibilities
- Providing general support and administration of all aspects of the recruiting process
- Supporting the recruiting function within the recruiting process including scheduling interviews, reserving meeting rooms and greeting candidates as they arrive for interviews.
- Communicating professionally, tactfully and with the utmost diplomacy at all times including treating all candidates with dignity and respect
- Maintaining a high level of confidentiality at all times.
- Performing various administrative duties that support the recruitment function
