Recruitment Coordinator

Proletariat is seeking an experienced Recruitment Coordinator to help support our People Operations team. You will join Proletariat at a critical point in our growth as we continue to scale.
Responsibilities :
- Support the recruitment team in all activities related to recruitment efforts
- Maintain internal applicant tracking system
- Manage and schedule full interview process including the preparation of materials, scheduling of onsite visits, along with pre and post-interview briefings with the hiring teams
- Update, maintain, and post job descriptions
- Assist in managing employee onboarding process
- Provide administrative support to our employees, acting as a point-of-contact for questions related to hiring policies and process.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism
