In this role, you’ll be responsible for coordinating full-cycle recruiting process, providing broad support to our Talent Acquisition team to make our work environment even more amazing!
Responsibilities
- Post and manage open vacancies on job boards, company website and other social media channels (Telegram/Skype/FB/LinkedIn);
- Assist in the coordination of recruiting activities, help with meeting candidates in the office, schedule interviews in calendars, maintain follow-up communication with candidates both prior to and after their interviews, prepare drafts of documents for newcomers;
- Manage and control our ATS system: update vacancies, make other changes and track progress;
- Make a preliminary search for hot positions (create lists of ‘passive’ candidates);
- Make market research - explore the availability of resources, new coming training programs, courses, events, etc.;
- Provide help in the preparation of statistics, analytics, reports, presentations;
- Participate in the organization of Recruitment Meetups/Conferences/other events ;
- Assist in processing requests regarding referral bonuses or other fees;
- Provide other administrative support and project help as assigned.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in HR, recruiting or a related discipline preferred, or a demonstrated career interest in these areas;
- Knowledge regarding recruitment and selection methods and techniques;
- Experience working with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint;
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities with a sense of urgency;
- Interest in growing a career in Recruiting/Talent Acquisition;
- Great team player but can also work well independently;
- Highly collaborative and results-oriented;
- Flexible and adaptable;
- Intermediate English;
Will be a big plus:
- Understanding of modern IT landscape - major technology stacks, programming languages and frameworks;
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems/Recruiting databases (we work with Comeet) is a plus;
