Recruitment Coordinator - 12 Month Fixed Term Contract

FuturLab are looking to add a Recruitment Coordinator to the People team, to support with an exciting period of growth. Reporting to the Head of People, this newly created role will manage the end to end recruitment lifecycle. It is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Coordinator to join the team and make an impact on the way we hire talented people.
Responsibilities
- Creating accurate and detailed job descriptions.
- Drafting job adverts and posting on various recruitment channels.
- Conducting prescreen interviews with candidates, providing feedback and updates to hiring managers and candidates.
- Manage recruitment pipeline, ensuring that hiring timelines are followed for each stage of the process.
- Act as the main point of contact for all recruitment related matters, by supporting hiring managers, candidates and liaising with recruitment partners throughout the process.
- Scheduling interviews and ensuring hiring managers availability is kept up to date on our ATS.
- Support with sourcing candidates organically through various recruitment channels and databases.
- Ensuring candidates have a positive experience, by continuously looking for ways to improve the recruitment process.
- Produce weekly reports on time to hire for all roles.
- Champion recruitment initiatives to ensure that we support our UKIE pledge and Into Games partnership to hire an EDI team.
Requirements
- Recruitment or resourcing background, preferably from within the gaming industry.
- Excellent interpersonal skills across all levels of the company.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing methods and how to find great talent organically.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Understanding of employment laws in relation to recruitment practices.
- Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and able to plan and prioritize efficiently.
- Proven experience of using Workable or similar ATS.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products.
- Interest in gaming or the gaming industry desirable.
