Recruitment Associate

- Provide administrative support for HR recruiters
- Organize, compile, update applicant records and documentation
- Manage and update recruitment databases with various information such as candidate information, new hire list, unloading new hire information on NetSuite, gathering of pre-employment requirements Etc.
- Respond to applicant inquiries and provide requested information
- Assist recruiters in posting job ads on careers pages
- Help organize and manage new employee on-boarding
- Administers appropriate company assessments
- Other duties as required
Requirements
- Proven work experience (either as an in-house BPO recruitment associate or from a staffing agency)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience using MS Office suite or similar software
- Preferably BS/MS in Human Resources Management/Psychology
- At least 1 year relevant experience but fresh graduates can be considered
