What you’ll do

As the Program Manager, your focus is to strengthen the impact of our Recruiting organization by implementing systems, processes and initiatives that connect teams, information, and support services. Through collaboration and problem solving, you will help to resolve bottlenecks allowing teams to focus on matching candidates to our epic level roles.

As Program Manager, you may be responsible for supporting implementation of our Applicant Tracking System, designing process and policy, including overall program execution, and delivery for scaling staffing demand.

• Design recruiting processes that drive for scalability, efficiency, velocity & an enhanced candidate experience
• Perform regional and/or global process discovery to support larger global recruiting initiatives & understand current state processes, variance and opportunities
• Help shape program strategy & vision, establish shared goals & work with cross-functional partners & leaders across the organization on strategies for executing, measuring progress and sharing results
• Provide Business Process advisory support and train Recruiting cross-functional teams on program strategies & best practices
• Drive standard implementation/project methodology (e.g. mobilize, plan, prepare, design, build, transition, stabilization & iterate)
• Support training efforts related to program implementations or transformations
• Designing and managing recruiting coordination support processes and teams

The ideal candidate will have a mix of the qualifications below:

• Successful implementation of an ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
• Demonstrated experience with designing, developing and executing detail oriented processes.
• Thorough understanding of new hire onboarding, preferably having designed and/or facilitated onboarding programs
• 3 years Recruiting operations experience within a AAA Games company
• 2 years experience managing and/or facilitating operations of a Recruiting Coordination team.
• Experience establishing programs & leading them end-to-end while scaling for growth
• Experience designing & executing recruiting program strategies & communicating with data to drive direction & change
• Demonstrated experience building relationships with peers and senior stakeholders and collaborating with cross-functional teams across multiple locations
• Experience building and maintaining strategic relationships in order to influence and drive the program vision in a single direction
