Your Abilities:
- Ability to schedule multiple interview types at a high volume with positive feedback from hiring mangers and talent team.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams to manage calendars and troubleshoot interview issues.
- Ability to work in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment.
- Ability to own scheduling process and help the team continuously refine documentation.
- Ability to identify, source and screen technical and non-technical candidates
Your Skillz & Experience:
- Degree from a four year college or university
- 0-1 year of sourcing or recruiting experience is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to build relationships with both internal members at Skillz, as well as external candidates being recruited into the organization
- Ability to prioritize tasks and projects in an agile environment
- Ability to pick up new systems and technology quickly that you aren’t familiar with (i.e. Google Docs, Google Drive, Applicant Tracking Systems)
