Recruiting Coordinator

This is a full-time position in Nashville (TN) or Orlando (FL).

Iron Galaxy is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to be the point person for scheduling. This position will guide talent through our hiring process and keep them engaged from the first screening call to the offer phase. Have you always loved games? RESPONSIBILITIES

• Scheduling interviews for each department's open roles
• Partnering with the recruiting lead to book university events and travel
• Supporting applicants with clear and quick communications
• Integrate with our teams and learn the skills to be a video game recruiter
• Establish regular touch points and provide diligent follow-up to candidates
• Contribute to the full recruitment life cycle and promote accountability as a team
• Participate and travel to events as a positive spokesperson for the company
• Assist the onboarding process through our New Hire Checklists

DESIRED SKILLS

• 2+ years in a customer-facing/service-based role, or past production experience
• Any form of recruiting experience or educational background in gaming
• Excellent interpersonal skills, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize competing demands
• Great technical aptitude: you learn new software with ease
• Ability to take on tasks outside of job description
