We are seeking a highly motivated candidate to help with scheduling, tracking of related data, coordinating recruiting events, and ensuring a world-class candidate experience! This position is a great opportunity to join an experienced recruitment team, drive efficiency, and play a key role in helping us meet our aggressive growth plans.
Please note: this position is onsite in our office in San Francisco.
Impact you will make:
- Coordinate interviews for Chartboost candidates all over the world, with speed and accuracy while maintaining exceptional customer service
- Own all administrative tasks related to Greenhouse, including updating templates, managing processes, and making sound judgment calls while maintaining interview best practices
- Provide the Talent Acquisition team with support in all aspects of their job, including scheduling and responding while adhering to our SLA’s
The following experience would be a plus:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Past work experience as a Recruiting Coordinator
- Greenhouse experience - you should be a Greenhouse Ninja
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including master user of Excel
- Ability to prioritize business needs and respond correctly and with a sense of urgency
- Basic knowledge of the immigration process as it relates to hiring

The pay range for this position in California at the start of employment is expected to be between $65,000 and $108,000 per year.
However, base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation or benefit program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
