Recruiting Coordinator - Platform Recruiting Team (Contract)

As a Recruiting Coordinator for the Platform Talent Acquisition team (Riot Platform Group, Technology and Production Department) you will report into the Recruiting Lead/Manager. You will partner with the Platform Talent Acquisition team with scheduling, general logistics management, and other ad-hoc coordination tasks for a myriad of departments. You will act as the conduit between internal client teams, hiring managers, and recruiting groups. You will use strong communication and interpersonal skills to partner with both internal clients and candidates; providing the first-class experience to all. We anticipate that you will work with us to develop and nurture relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and your department daily.
**This opportunity will be a 12 month contract.**
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate very high-volume interview logistics, including travel, virtual/on-site interviews, test initiation, and other general scheduling tasks
- Execute on assigned project work, examples of which might include: coordinating events for the TA Department, coordinating or developing tooling for Recruiting Operations, etc
- Host candidates onsite, including pick-ups from the lobby and campus tours
- Serve as the main point of contact for candidate and interviewer questions and inquiries
- Manage and review a candidate pipeline for stage management and data integrity
- Assist with candidate expenses and reimbursements
Required Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of relevant recruiting or HR experience in administrative or coordination capacity
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively across a myriad of internal and external customers
- Demonstrated high degree of data integrity and detail orientation
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with a high level of discretion
- Experience building meaningful customer relationships across teams
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience with Greenhouse or comparable Applicant Tracking Software
- Experience working with G Suite with an emphasis on Drive, Docs, Calendar, and Sheets
- Bachelor(s) degree, or equivalent experience in lieu thereof
