Recruiting Coordinator Intern

The opportunity

At Unity, you will be an integral partner in recruiting amazing talent to our teams. In this role, you will support the recruiters and hiring managers by coordinating interviews, interacting with candidates, managing headcount and job postings, and processing offers. You’ll also have the opportunity to assist the Recruiting Operations team with projects around employer branding, candidate experience, process improvement, and more.

At the moment our team is working from home, but you’ll still have about 20 global teammates just a Slack message or Zoom call away if you ever need help solving an exciting challenge, or even if you just have a funny story to tell.

This is an 11 month paid placement starting in summer 2022.

What you’ll be doing

• Schedule and coordinate interviews for candidates with speed and efficiency
• Open and post new positions to our careers page
• Review and process offer letters and addendums
• Support new and ongoing projects to enhance candidate experience

What we’re looking for

• Currently studying at university level in an area related, but not limited to HR, and looking for a placement starting 2022
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment, prioritising multiple tasks “behind-the-scenes”
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
• Proactive learning approach to new systems
