Recruiting Coordinator

As a Recruiting Coordinator , you will have full ownership over our candidate experience, ensuring candidates feel supported during their interview process. Most daily tasks will involve calendaring, confirming, and in some cases, rescheduling a high number of virtual interviews. You will be a partner to recruiters on the team - sharing constant feedback on how to improve/change our internal process as the company grows. In this role, you will be successful if you are a fast learner who has an interest in recruiting and thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

• Coordinate a high volume of phone and video interviews with hiring teams, executives, and candidates
• Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely and clear communication
• Support 2+ recruiters in scheduling recruiting activities across multiple time zones
• Proactively offer feedback, ideas, suggestions as the recruiting team grows and evolves processes

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years in recruiting/talent coordination, or an administrative role
• Strategic thinking skills that will limit scheduling errors, changes, and the need to reschedule interviews
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks while managing their work time efficiently
• Passion for the candidate experience and finding ways to enhance and better the experience

Bonus if you also have…

• Experience working in a startup or fast paced environment.
• Experience using G Suite, Greenhouse.io and/or GoodTime.
• Strong written and verbal communications skills.
• Interest or experience in blockchain and/or cryptocurrencies.
• Previous experience working remotely.
