Recruiting Assistant/Sourcer - Temporary
Your Mission
Your mission is to provide support to our Eden Prairie Recruiting team. You will be responsible for candidate generation/sourcing and provide a superior level of support to our recruiting team. This role requires tremendous attention to detail. You’ll be integral in helping alleviate any bottlenecks that our recruiting team may face.

The Quests
- Interact with potential candidates on social media, professional networks, events, etc.
- Create and execute candidate sourcing campaigns (emails, external postings, events, etc.)
- Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean search)
- Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs
- Promote our employer brand online and offline
- Drive the employee referral program
- Help in the Coordination and scheduling of interviews
- Maintain communication with past applicants and eligible rehires regarding new job opportunities
- Help log and track recruiting spreadsheets/data management
- Maintain and track recruiting related inventory
- Help in the onboarding of new hires
- Assist the recruiting as needed
Player Profile
- You are an ambitious self-starter, dedicated teammate, and a strong support advocate
- You have 2+ years of previous work experience in a recruiting related role .
- You are up to date on the latest sourcing tools, and have a strong understanding of the local market and competition
- You have excellent organization skills and a keen eye for detail
- You are proficient with Microsoft office suite, (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- You possess excellent written and interpersonal skills
- You are a tenacious problem solver with ability to handle multiple tasks with competing priorities
- You understand the importance and capable of maintaining confidentiality and discretion
- You have a great sense of humor and the ability to have fun while still managing responsibilities
- Taleo and Workday Recruiter Experience is a plus
- Bachelor’s Degree is a plus
