About the role
Our Talent Acquisition team is looking for someone with the resourcefulness to help us continue to grow our business support teams (Finance, Legal, Facilities, People, Communications and Business Operations areas) . The right person will be comfortable in a “take initiative” environment, loves solving people problems and can thrive in a fast and growing environment. This role is all about bringing on the smartest folks, maintaining our culture as we grow, and running an efficient process to keep it moving.
What you'll need
- Over 2 years of recruiting experience (full cycle recruiting, from sourcing to offer)
- In-house or agency recruiting experience
- Advanced English (reading and writing skills are a must)

What you'll do
- You will be knowledgeable about back-office areas.
- You'll be tasked with supporting our hiring managers, building high-performance teams.
- You will source and hire across our back-office team, helping to expand our business globally.
- You will make each candidate feel like they're the only ones you're talking to.
- You will work to improve upon existing process and develop innovative strategies around talent acquisition.
- You will showcase your passion for the tech and entertainment industries.
