Fixed-term contract (12 months)

Salary band: Mid: London, £45k - £60k p.a.

As a Talent Partner you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end operations of our hiring process. Play a key role in helping us to make ustwo’s candidate experience the best it can be. To continuously work to improve our candidate experience and hiring process.

This is done through implementation of key activities and processes. This role is key in helping us grow our business through sourcing and attracting great candidates.

This person will also be pivotal in driving talent projects to improve our employee brand.

If you currently have experience sourcing and pipelining candidates in tech/engineering roles we would love to hear from you.

The ideal person for this role can get stuck in and get their hands dirty in recruitment operations plus experience pipelining tech/engineering candidates.

Recruitment operations

As a design studio we care about user experience. We want all we do behind the scenes to be as efficient and as frictionless as possible. This role is about owning our recruitment operations with an eye on the people who will be involved throughout or along the way. The candidate, the hiring manager, the people team, interviewers etc. A must for this role is being friendly and helpful in enabling the team to deliver their best work by making the process easy. This includes;

We are currently working remotely and expect to gently transition back to our studios during the autumn. We are planning to transition to a hybrid working model (2-3 days in the studio, with the remaining days remote).
