Recruiter

.We are looking for a Recruiter to join our HR team in Warsaw. Recruiter’s responsibilities include advertising job openings, sourcing candidates and overseeing the recruiting process. If you have experience in managing our full-cycle recruiting processes in the gamedev industry - send us your CV!

Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with hiring managers
• Advertising job openings
• Sourcing candidates through online channels (e.g. professional networks and portfolio sites)
• Screening resumes and applications and updating candidates on hiring processes
• Interviewing candidates during various hiring stages
• Evaluating candidates based on their interview and assignment performance
• Determining qualification criteria for each position
• Updating job descriptions (e.g. add tasks or modify requirements)
• Answering candidates’ queries regarding the application process
• Providing interview feedback

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of professional experience as a Recruiter or similar role in game dev
• Solid understanding of full-cycle recruiting
• Experience in direct searching, identifying, selecting and recruiting talents through social media
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Advance command of Polish and English
• Interest in video games
