About the job:

We’re looking for a passionate and ambitious recruiter to help accelerate our growth, and we’re focused on finding someone who loves identifying great talent, working with candidates, partnering closely with hiring managers, and creating a world-class candidate experience. This role will primarily be focused on technical talent as we continue to scale our engineering team in Barcelona. This is an ideal role for a recruiter who wants to make an impact both on the company and the lives of those you help bring on board. This key role is not only about recruiting great talent for Chartboost, but also acting as an ambassador to the brand.

What you’ll do:

• Create talent identification strategies and sourcing campaigns and drive them forward
• Work with candidates and drive an effective and professional interview process, including sourcing, courtship, reference checks, salary recommendations and negotiations, and closing
• Collaborate with management and the recruiting team to develop new recruitment strategies and give feedback on what’s working and what’s not
• Represent Chartboost at industry events, Meetups and career fairs, and help drive our brand across relevant talent communities
• Above all else, create an incredible and positive candidate experience for every prospect you interact with

Who you are:

• 3+ years of technical recruiting experience, ideally with some time spent in-house
• Client management skills and the ability to handle multiple reqs at any given time
• Well-versed in sourcing techniques and able to generate pipeline for several different roles in a variety of creative ways
• Passionate about technology and knowledgeable about web and mobile technologies, programming languages, information systems, distributed computing, and what’s around the corner
• Entrepreneurial, self-motivated with a passion for startups
• Impeccable writing skills and attention to detail
• A ‘no job is too big, no job is too small’ mindset
• A strong sense of urgency in communicating with candidates and evangelizing timeliness with hiring teams
• Experience working with Greenhouse is a plus
