Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States for this position.
Responsibilities:
- Full cycle recruitment for full-time, fixed term, and contingent employees
- Source and identify qualified candidates for skill set and culture
- Work closely with hiring managers to deeply understand the technical requirements and skills of designated roles, and good understanding of how the position integrates into the studio
- Create talent pipelines to promote constant flow of qualified candidates
- Provide a strong candidate interview experience from initial contact through onboarding with the assistance of assigned coordinator(s)
- Attend career and industry events to continue ongoing efforts for diversity and inclusion
- Draft and deliver offer letters for new hires
- Act as the subject matter expert on active talent, as well as provide candidate-specific reports to hiring managers
- Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed
Requirements & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in an applicable field of study or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of recruiting experience
- Experience in full-life cycle recruiting with primary hires resulting in placements within art, engineering, design, and animation
- Ability to quickly absorb and retain company information and policies
- Strong knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems such as Greenhouse, Workday, etc.
- Highly experienced using LinkedIn Pro or LinkedIn as a recruiting tool
- Strong networking skills and ability to build meaningful professional relationships
- Good communication, organization, negotiation, and ability to adapt quickly
- Effective multi-tasking and time management ability with little direction
- Strong teamwork ethic and collaboration efforts
