We are PUBG: BATTLEGROUNDS, the global battle royale phenomenon! Since the release of our flagship title in 2017 we have become one of the highest selling video games of all time with over 70 million copies sold – that’s a lot of Chicken Dinners!
We are headquartered in Seoul, South Korea and sit within the KRAFTON, Inc. corporation. From our Amsterdam office, we cover Europe, Middle East & Africa, and the CIS region, and have teams dedicated to Product Management, Esports, Content, Communications, Creative, Merchandise, HR and more. We are also creating a new game here, with a growing development team working on a brand-new IP.
We’re now looking for a Recruiter to join our team and support in a broad range of recruitment activities. You will work closely with the Lead Recruiter EMEA to find candidates, organize our ongoing processes, and deliver an exceptional service for candidates (and our internal hiring managers!). This is an excellent chance for you to get to know the Gaming industry and specialize in it.
Basic Responsibilities:
- Find and attract candidates from a variety of sources. Represent our PUBG EMEA offices and make first contact
- Organize and coordinate ongoing recruitment processes. Liaise with the Lead Recruiter, hiring managers and candidates to plan and manage interview schedules
- Help the Lead Recruiter filter incoming applications
- Assist with initial screening calls; introducing candidates to PUBG and our vacancies, as well as asking them some key initial questions
- Other administrative / ad hoc duties should they arise
What we’re ideally looking for:
- Someone with experience within a recruitment environment
- Excellent organizational skills
- An interest in video games (especially FPS / Battle Royale games)
- A university (B.A. /B.S.) degree
- Great communication skills, including fluent English
- Can work under pressure and excel in a fast-paced environment
