Senior Recruiter

As a full-cycle Senior Recruiter , you will partner with leaders from across the business (both technical and not technical) to attract, interview, and hire top talent. You will leverage your research and creativity skills to develop strategic sourcing plans, your writing skills to craft compelling messaging, and your communication skills to manage internal processes. As an early member of the recruiting team, you will also help guide hiring managers on best practices and influence hiring decisions as we scale the company. To be successful in this role, you will be motivated by Forte’s Commitments and the opportunity to convey the complexities of Forte’s platform in a simple way to candidates and prospects.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will...
- Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers to align priorities and objectives for each role.
- Conduct market and industry research to inform target candidate pipelines.
- Analyze industry, product and geographical trends in talent.
- Drive a structured interview process - creating interview plans and focus areas for each interview team/panel
- Own and drive the debrief process internally for each of your candidates/roles.
- Ensure great candidate experience, keeping candidates informed and well-prepared throughout the entire process.
- Offer feedback, ideas, suggestions as the recruiting team grows and evolves processes.
- Partner with Finance and People teams as part of the role approval process and at offer stage.
- Send weekly progress reports to hiring managers and senior leadership.
Qualifications
To be a good fit, you have...
- 5+ years experience in recruiting, ideally in a fast-paced or start-up environment.
- Strong sourcing skills with a proven track of turning passive candidates into hires.
- Experience leveraging niche channels to source candidates, with an eye toward DEI.
- Strong written and verbal communications skills.
Bonus if you also have…
- Experience using Greenhouse (ATS), LinkedIn, leveraging social media, and other sourcing tools
- Interest or experience in gaming
- Interest or experience in blockchain and/or cryptocurrencies
- Previous experience working remotely
