We are looking for an energetic, driven Recruiter to help us grow and enable our team to build games for multiple platforms, expressions, and diverse audiences. Experience in the gaming industry and intimate knowledge of our gaming IP is highly desired.
This is a Contract/Temporary Recruiter role through Tapfin and located in Renton, WA. This is not a remote opportunity.
A day in the life of a Recruiter - Contract/Temporary
As a Recruiter through Tapfin, you set the tone for candidate experience & help jumpstart everything we do. You will contribute to strengthen and evangelize our culture & employment brand, be an expert Sourcer, and build recruiting strategies that empower us to meet goals and have fun while doing it!
You will partner with clients full life-cycle across a broad range of business areas. Daily tasks could similarly span a variety of responsibilities including planning, skill-gap analysis, REQ creation, sourcing & engagement, and assessment through closing & onboarding. Additionally, you may assist with programmatic and project work where need, skill, and interest align.

You have an established reputation as a trusted advisor, influencing with finesse, business insight, and stewardship of our brands to drive continuous improvement.

- Games Industry expertise – able to differentiate nuances of hiring niche talent across multiple disciplines within the gaming industry

- A partner – able to build healthy relationships with Hiring Managers, peers, and cross functional teams alike.

- An experience evangelist - who delights in providing an outstanding candidate-experience from the first touch point through offer and onboarding

- Organized – with an eye towards improving efficiencies and simple, scalable processes.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years of prior recruiting experience with at least 1 in a Corporate Gaming environment.
- A Bachelor’s degree, ideally with a focus in business, HR, or related fields. 2-year degree and Equivalent additional work experience may be substituted.
- Ability to work onsite at our headquarters in Renton, WA. Travel/relocation is not provided.
