We're looking for a talented and passionate Recruiter to join Wildlife's Talent Acquisition team. This is a 12-month temporary contractor, based in São Paulo, Brazil.
As a recruiter, you'll play a key role in partnering with our hiring teams across operational and technical areas, building pipelines from scratch. You'll be part of a global talent acquisition team and help recruit the best talents for our teams worldwide.
We know that the work we do has a high impact on our company's success and culture. The right person for this position is curious by nature, and comfortable in a "take the initiative" environment, loves solving problems, and can thrive in a fast and growing business.
What you'll do
- You'll be tasked with supporting our hiring managers, building high-performance teams and partnering with global recruiting teams.
- You will be responsible for full cycle recruiting, from sourcing to interviewing, and coordinating interviews.
- You will create robust pipelines while guaranteeing an excellent candidate experience.
- You will showcase your passion for the industry. That means being curious about the market, target companies, relationships in open-source networks.
- You will willingly build pipelines from scratch, over and over again. How many candidates is it going to take for you to find the perfect fit?
What you'll need
- Solid experience as full cycle recruiter
- In-house experience recruiting entry level to senior positions
- Proven track record of sourcing top talents
- Proven track record of partnering with senior management on hiring strategy
- Experience working with global offices and teams (nice to have)

- You works like a SME in the areas of core recruiting like data integrity, company elevator pitch, role selling, offer negotiations, etc.
