Gearbox Software is seeking a Receptionist! In this role you will be the first point of contact for the studio’s guests and employees. A successful candidate must possess a cheerful and welcoming demeanor.
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Screen and direct incoming calls and voicemails
- Regularly coordinate lunch and dinner provisions as needed
- Receive, organize and distribute incoming mail and packages
- General tidying and light cleaning of break rooms and conference rooms
- Assist with event planning and other special projects as needed
Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail, very organized, proactive, and self-driven
- Must have excellent communication and customer service skills
- Must be able to adapt quickly to change
