Receptionist - Working Student

We are looking for a Receptionist - Working Student, to join our team and help us in our mission to make Wooga one of the best working environments in all of Berlin!

Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming guests and visitors in the office
• Organizing incoming and outgoing mail
• Helping our international colleagues to find their way through everyday life in Germany, including with translations, phone calls or general questions
• Scheduling usability tests for our games

About you

• You have initial office management, administrative or assistant experience
• You have a friendly and helpful attitude towards working colleagues
• You are able to work 20h per week, working times between 2-6 pm
• Excellent written and spoken abilities in English and German - additional languages are a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office
• You ideally enjoy playing games - check out our games here ! :)
