RECEIVING & INVENTORY COORDINATOR
Job Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintains current inventory levels
- Process purchasing orders as required; track orders and investigate problems.
- Receive, unpack, and deliver goods; re-stock items as necessary; label shelves.
- Processes and/or approve invoices for payment.
- Process and document returns as required following established procedures.
- Performs routine clerical duties, including data entry, answering telephones, and assisting customers.
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; at least 1 year of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
- Knowledge of supplies, equipment, and/or services ordering and inventory control.
- Ability to reconcile stock counts to report data.
- Ability to analyze and solve problems.
- Ability to prepare routine administrative paperwork.
- Ability to receive, stock, and/or deliver goods.
- Clerical, word processing, and/or office skills.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs unassisted, bend, kneel, twist, and climb ladders safely.
