Job Description

The role of the Rainbow 6 Taskforce Community Representative is a local CR position working as a team to be the first contact our Rainbow 6 players have with the community team and in turn they are responsible for engaging on a daily basis with the Rainbow 6 community. They work in close coordination with the R6 Community Manager Lead to ensure delivery of the Com Dev strategy on a local level. They are also responsible for ensuring local weak signals and sentiments are reflected in the Community Quantified Reports for Rainbow 6, which are produced regularly and are a highly valued insight to the wider company.


Mission:

FRONTLINE

o Report issues and weak signals on Rainbow 6 when identified.

o Presence in the R6 Frontline process, attending calls and related meetings

TASKS

o Post and suggest potential tricky Q&A and FAQ’s on forums and channels as required.

o Work alongside the other members of the Rainbow 6 taskforce team to deliver the Com Dev Strategy across the local region you are responsible for.

o Monitor and react to social media comments working together with the Community Lead responsible for rainbow 6 on messaging on the channels deemed important

o Support and collaborate with the other R6 task force CRs on a daily basis

o Monitor, relay issues and react to any R6 situation.

o Moderate live streams and Let’s Play videos to support the R6 taskforce

o Publish news and assets as required by the R6 Community team on time and without errors.

o Provide cover for when the R6 Community Lead is unavailable with the other R6 Taskforce CR’s

o Maintain up to date knowledge of all R6 activations, issues and content at all times to enable support for the wider community team and personal shadow role.

o Attend weekly and daily meetings focused on R6 activities as run by the R6 Team lead

o Weekend and late coverage as required by the Live operation of the game – due to [but not limited to] activations, live phases, e-sports, free weekends, crisis and outages

o Monitor and suggest potential Community Leaders to the team

REPORTING

o Work hand in hand with the other R6 Taskforce CRs to keep abreast of current developments and known issues on R6.

o Provide consistently detailed local reporting to high standards.

o Identify local weak signals and escalate to the R6 Community Lead for escalation – or escalate if Team Lead is unavailable.

o Identify key issues / painpoints for the local community, and produce in depth analysis on R6 Situations and developments.

COORDINATION WITH CMs IN YOUR CRC

o Collaborate with other CRs to collect and compile local feedback into the WW reports.

o Be point of contact for CMs and CRs for all R6 brand related questions.

o Help identify local community leaders for the R6 brand as required.

o Engage and animate users on a daily basis on all channels with a priority as set by the R6 Team lead.

o Provide latest information on R6 to your local community.

o Create and publish community-focused content on your allocated Forums.
