R&D Program Manager

Description

Playtika is looking to hire a Senior R&D Program Manager to join the R&D organization in Herzliya, Israel.

You will join a team of exceptional Managers and will be required to use your soft skills, technical skills, and managerial experience.

You will collaborate with cross organization disciplines that are spread across multiple sites worldwide such as R&D, Finance, procurement, compliance, HR & Legal to manage projects workplans, schedules, identifying and manage risks and communicating them to all stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage cross R&D technical projects throughout the entire project’s life cycle.
• Manage and monitor the OKRs for R&D department.
• Plan & manage the entire R&D budget and procurement processes, by working closely with R&D managers, finance, procurement and Legal.
• Manage Operational projects by collaborating with cross organizational disciplines such as Finance, procurement, compliance, HR, Legal, accounting etc.
• Monitor Cross R&D Taskforces and reflect their progress.
• Manage the entire games platforms cross R&D, by collaborating with Studio’s gatekeepers, compliance team & Legal and Architects
• Define and optimize processes cross R&D to create an efficient organization.

Requirements

• 5 years Proven experience as a Program Manager in big organizations- MUST.
• Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods
• Outstanding leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving ability
• Excellent knowledge of MS office, Monday, Jira.
• BSc/BA diploma in management or a relevant field
