This is an opportunity to join a team to help us promote quality across Frostbite and EA. You will report to the Frostbite Quality Development Director.

As a Partner Experience Quality Specialist on Frostbite, you will focus on partnerships with game teams and develop strategies to improve the experience of adopting and using Frostbite.

You will have a holistic view of the product life cycle, from how it is developed to how it is integrated and supported. You will work directly with Frostbite users to understand and resolve pain points, and use data to demonstrate opportunities for improvements and validate the effectiveness of the approaches you implement. You will coordinate the day-to-day support of a group of games, and you will work with peers to strengthen practices and ensure consistency across the teams, positively affecting Frostbite users worldwide.

Responsibilities:

• Be the primary support contact for one or more EA games, ensuring that all support needs are positively resolved and recurring pain points are identified and tracked
• Work with partner teams to promote best practices, knowledge sharing, and self-sufficiency
• Create feedback loops between Frostbite and our partners to raise the quality bar of the engine
• Collaborate with Frostbite's Content and Learning teams to improve documentation based on partner pain points
• Establish and track goals. Analyze and use data to measure the effectiveness and make informed decisions

Required Experience

• 5+ years of QA testing experience
• Experience developing relationships with senior partners from technical and creative teams
• Understanding of game development processes
• Experience assessing priorities and risks for multiple concurrent projects
• Proficiency in development planning and defect tracking tools (e.g. Jira)

Bonus

• Experience in customer or technical support roles
• Experience with game engines
• Basic proficiency with data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, Google Analytics
• Understanding of version control, build systems, continuous integration, unit tests, automated functional tests, and testing frameworks
