What you'll do

We're looking for passionate Software Testers to join our team. You'll be involved in the full SDLC for a large suite of established end-to-end products. The Quality Assurance Analyst I carries out procedures to ensure that all information systems products and services meet organization standards and end-user requirements. The QA Analyst will collaborate with teams to define software specifications and controls and run test programs. What You’ll Do (Job Description):

• Configure and Test various applications, OS and hardware devices for variety of markets
• Enter detailed defect reports into defect database
• Design, implement, and maintain manual test plans
• Assist in design, implementation, and maintenance of test strategy documents
• Compile test plans, design & execute test cases, and conduct product requirements analysis
• Automate and maintain test cases that can be reused across test cycles
• Generate test reports to summarize results of a test sweep
• Bring in ideas/innovations to improve the overall testing process in terms of tools, processes, and test cases
• Effective collaboration with White-box test engineers and software developers to ensure the high quality of the features
• Thrive on a global Agile or Kanban team
• Assist in recreating problems reported from the field
• Performs other duties as assigned

Knowledge/Skills Required

• Familiar with Software Quality Assurance concepts, practices, and procedures
• Experience in working with defect tracking tools and test case management tools such as Jira, Confluence, TestRail, or equivalent tools
• Experience in using Windows, Linux and SQL related products
• Has professional experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Windows operating systems
• Attention to detail
• Excellent software troubleshooting skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong sense of ownership and drive
• Strong communication both oral and written
• High degree of personal integrity
• A certain degree of creativity and latitude is expected
• Experience in the casino industry is a plus
• Professional experience with Perforce, Python, Wireshark, Frontline serial line analyzer, and XML a plus

Education, Training and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Electronics or related field or 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in software testing
• At least 2 years professional software testing experience; including two or more products
• At least 1 year of gaming or related technology experience is a plus

Physical Demands

The physical demands of typical office positions are expected. The ability to sit and perform terminal/computer work for lengthy periods is expected. May be required to travel to offsite locations. Overnight travel is less than 5%.
