We’re embarking on an amazing journey, together with Lightstorm Entertainment and FoxNext Games, to the world of Pandora, developing a new cutting-edge game set on the beautiful and dangerous moon from the prominent Avatar film franchise.

As a Quality Control Lead, you’ll ensure all internal and external requirements are met before we ship our next game. You’ll be primarily responsible for inspecting procedures, the game builds, and leading a team of Development Testers. You'll collaborate with your test team, internal stakeholders, and coordinate with Ubisoft Co-Development sites to identify bugs/issues throughout production, post-development, and to ensure the quality of our game.

As a person, you’re a natural troubleshooter with an analytical mindset. You’re proactive, organized, and take pride in delivering quality. Not only this but you’re an excellent communicator in English (our company language), which helps you coordinate your team's tasks, understand their blockers, and work with both upper management and internal stakeholders to help lead your teams to success.
