Quality Assurance Technician, Amazon Game Publishing Services

Our team is seeking a Quality Assurance Technician to assist us in maintaining a high quality bar for our custom detail pages on the Amazon retail site, as well as associated products and technologies. You will test retail web pages on multiple surfaces, including different OSes (e.g., Windows, MacOS), devices (e.g., phone, tablet, desktop), and browsers (e.g., Amazon Shopping app, Chrome, Firefox, Safari). You will validate the functionality and content of our retail web pages, make test purchases, as well as document and report any issues found.

You will execute manual testing processes provided by a Quality Assurance Engineer, including executing test runs, logging bugs, and regressing bugs. You will work closely with other members of the QA team to provide continuous manual testing support in areas we are not able to automate or is not yet covered by test automation. You will provide feedback on potential improvements to our testing processes and tools. You will think creatively about how to break the software.

Basic Qualifications

· 1+ years QA experience
· Experience installing and configuring software in Windows and MacOS environments

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience testing web pages
· Experience testing mobile devices
· Experience testing retail purchases
· Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
